New homes in a former commercial space
On behalf of the owner, Pentagon Immobilien was able to successfully lease a total of 47 new rental apartments in a central location in Radebeul-Ost. The former headquarters of a large mobile phone provider was converted into living space and completely renovated in 2017/2018.
Already during the construction phase, Pentagon Immobilien attracted the interest of potential tenants thanks to on-site visits that harnessed sophisticated visualizations to transform the building shell into an attractive living space. With the help of virtual reality headsets, interested parties were able to get a concrete, three-dimensional impression of exemplary apartments with exemplary furnishings. Potential tenants who couldn’t visit in person were of course able to participate in the 3D tours on their home computers.
Pentagon Immobilien was successful in attracting attention from numerous interested parties before the property was completed. Tenants were quickly found for all 47 apartments with 30 to 139 m² of living space following completion of the renovation.
