Contemporary complete redevelopment in the heart of Radebeul

In 2012 Pentagon Immobilien acquired a vacant existing property in the heart of Radebeul surrounded by numerous exclusive villas.

Pentagon Immobilien successfully obtained a building permit and subsequently completely renovated the three-storey property. The floor plans of all three floors were updated to meet contemporary needs, all utility lines were renewed and high-quality furnishings were installed. Spacious balconies were also installed on upper two residential floors facing south-west and north-east.

On behalf of the future owner, Pentagon Immobilien also took over the sale of all the refurbished apartments, each with 144 m² of living space, to owner-occupiers after completion in 2014.
