Pentagon Immobilien was founded in 1991 by Friedrich Kozka in Radebeul, just on the outskirts of Dresden, and has continued to grow ever since. We have now accumulated nearly 30 years of successful business history and have built or renovated over 1000 properties in Dresden and Radebeul, helping countless owners, investors and tenants to fulfil their dreams.
As a family-run company, we see ourselves as a regionally born and bred real estate service provider, project developer and building contractor. We have made a deliberate decision to focus our activities on Dresden, Radebeul and the surrounding area, one of the most popular and up-and-coming residential, commercial and touristic regions in former East Germany.
For almost thirty years, our core business has been the development, sale and purchase, rent and management of residential and commercial real estate for private portfolios, investors, shareholders and private owners.
Over the course of 30 years of investment and construction activities, Pentagon Immobilien has successfully established, implemented, developed and sold a multitude of projects. Thanks to our advice and support, countless satisfied property owners have been able to find a new home, lay the foundations for a future-proof capital investment or start compiling and professionally managing their own real estate portfolios.
